Constantly On

In this video, Tom and Greg Frisbee talk about how some performers always need to be “on”. It may be a deep seated need for attention, it could be a bravado because they fear rejection, or maybe they are just so excited about a new trick, skill, or even being included. Unfortunately, being constantly on, can turn others off.

A dentist doesn’t want to do dentistry when he or she isn’t in their office. An accountant doesn’t want to crunch numbers when they aren’t working. Entertainers need to sometimes realize it is okay to be human. Take some time off!
