An Outline For Developing Comedy Material

Steve Roye has taught hundreds how to write comedy with his Killer Stand Up Comedy course. In this video, he discusses an outline for developing comedy material.

When a comedian comes on stage, there are two things that happen – either the comedian is talking, or people are laughing. A comedy variety artist has to add a skill to that mix. That means with four to six laughs per minute being headline level, they have to work even harder to generate and maintain laugh levels.

Developing comedy material for a stand up comedian or a variety act involves using your own funny. Steve’s course can help you isolate and hone new material which will make a world of difference in your performing career.
